Now you can add share buttons without, installing scripts to your blog. Blogger offers new share buttons it can be placed under each post and let your blog readers easily share your post via email, Google Buzz, Twitter, and Facebook, and they plan to add more services in the future.

For Twitter, They have also integrated the goo.gl URL shortener to give you the maximum space in the Tweet to add your own remarks.
To add this new feature goto Page Elements or Design if you are using Blogger in Draft. Go ahead and turn the new sharing buttons on, and let some fun sharing begin!
