How Does The Web Look Like On The 9.7” Screen Of An Apple iPad

If You don't have an iPad and you want to know how does the web look like on the 9.7” screen of an Apple iPad just read this.
iPab user agent string
To browse the Internet as iPad you need to change the user agent string of your browser Firefox:

1. Type about:config into your address bar and press ENTER,

2. Right-Click > New > String

3. Then it will ask for what the name of the string will be, type in:
general.useragent.override

4. Then add the iPad user agent string:
Mozilla/5.0 (iPad; U; CPU OS 3_2 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/531.21.10 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.4 Mobile/7B334b Safari/531.21.10

5. Disable the Adobe Flash plug-in from your browser settings.

6. Open iPadPeek.com and type the URL of any website in the built-in Safari browser of the “virtual” iPad.

This tool will render websites in landscape mode by default but you can click the top edge of the iPad image to switch the page orientation from landscape to portrait mode and back.
