Download Gnome Shell: Elementary Theme

Instructions:

Backup your /usr/share/gnome-shell/theme directory (or where ever you have GNOME shell installed).

Extract the zip file and copy the theme directory to /usr/share/gnome-shell/

Use the Ctrl-Alt-Backspace shortcut keys to restart GNOME.

If Ctrl-Alt-Backspace is disabled, type

sudo /etc/init.d/gdm restart
