How to get your default GNOME Panels back in Ubuntu

So you’ve removed a panel you wished you hadn’t, ditched an applet you really were quite fond of and/or simply really wish your desktop panels were back like that when you first established , right?
This script from starryhope.com is there to help.

It allows you to get default panel settings back and save a snapshot of your actual panel set-up to restore from at a later date.

Download the following archive, save it someplace accessible, locate it, right click on it and select ‘Extract here’. Double-click on the’ PanelRestore.sh’ script that results to run.

You ain't require scripts for everything ;)

Some users are comfortable with the command line, but not all are. This script is for those who would choose something GUI based and informative.
